The bowling green is conveniently situated near the Endymion Road entrance to the park and the Athletics Centre. If arriving by car, turn right after the entrance, and park nearby. The Club grounds are across the road from the outdoor basketball courts, close to the boating lake and not far from the Park Café. The entrance gate is set in a steel fence near the access road to a Council yard. The gate is kept closed even when the Club is open – just push and come in.
Nearest underground stations are Manor House (Picadilly Line) and Finsbury Park (Picadilly and Victoria Lines). Haringey and Haringey Green Lanes overground stations are also convenient. Several bus routes stop near the Manor Park and Finsbury Park entrances, such as the 29 and 141.
The bowling green is secluded by trees, with a glimpse of the lake and wild geese. On a fine day it can offer the sense of a break in the country.
